Turn off Wi-Fi calling

In case you are dealing with problems with authentication sms in our application it might be because you have Wi-Fi calling on your mobile phone that you need to turn off so that you can recieve authentication SMS

How to turn off Wi-Fi calling on Android
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Connections.
3. Select Wi-Fi Calling.
4. Tap the toggle next to your SIM name to turn off Wi-Fi calling.
5. If you have multiple SIM cards, tap the toggle for both SIMs to turn off Wi-Fi calling.

How to turn off Wi-Fi calling on Iphone

1. Press Settings.
2. Press Phone.
3. Press Wi-Fi Calling.
4. Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on the function, press Enable.
5. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
